A small, licensed boarding hotel in Chorlton for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and tortoises.
We keep our numbers deliberately low. Fewer guests means every pet gets properly known — their routine, their quirks, what they will and won’t eat, and who’d rather be left alone.
Every carer here is trained in small animal welfare and behaviour. Cats have quiet space away from other species. Rabbits and guinea pigs get enrichment and daily handling if that’s what they’re used to at home. Tortoises get the heat and UV they need.
Cat guests are on CCTV, and you get your own access — so you can look in whenever you like, as often as you like. For all our guests, just message us any time you’d like a photo and we’ll send one over.
The hotel is in our own home, which means someone is here around the clock, backed up by 24/7 digital monitoring. We’re in Chorlton, around 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Lovi began as a passion project, born out of my own cats. When I needed boarding for them, I couldn’t find anywhere that felt right — and they are a huge part of my family’s life.
So I set out to create the place I had been looking for: a safe, calm environment for cats and small pets, as close to the comforts of their own home as possible. From the beginning I have taken the time to learn and explore what each species genuinely needs, and how to address the needs of both the pets and their owners.
I am qualified to Level 2 in Feline Care, Behaviour and Welfare and have completed courses in small pet communication.
We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our boarding facilities, to make sure that your pet’s stay is wonderful.
Great pet care isn’t only about what happens in the room — it’s about everything that keeps it running smoothly. We keep our capacity deliberately small, so every guest gets genuine attention, and the hotel is personally and digitally managed around the clock, with regular updates so you can check in on how your pet is settling in.
We’re also investing in how we run things behind the scenes. We’re building our own purpose-built booking and care-management tools — designed specifically around small-pet boarding and UK animal-licensing standards — so that as we grow, nothing about your pet’s routine, diet or care is ever left to chance. It’s a level of rigour few pet hotels invest in, and for you it means one thing: consistent, reliable care you can trust.
We’re a small business and we like being part of Chorlton. We shop locally where we can, and we’re on good terms with the cat rescues round here — we’ve donated to them, and if someone turns up worried about a cat they’ve found, we’ll help check for a microchip.
