A quick note on Christmas availability

Christmas is always our busiest time of year, so I wanted to give an early heads-up while there's still time to plan.

For cats, we're now fully booked from 23–28 December. For small pets, we still have a few spaces over Christmas, but these tend to go quickly once holiday plans are set.

If your cat needs care over Christmas, we also offer home visits for cats and small pets within a 20-minute drive of Lovi, so your pet can stay settled at home while we look after them.

If you're travelling in November, early December or over New Year, now is a good time to secure your dates before they fill up.

A note on our 2027 prices

Since we opened in 2022, we've kept our prices the same. Over that time the cost of everything from food and litter to heating and staffing has gone up a lot, and I want to keep giving your pets the standard of care you trust us with.

Our new nightly rates start on 1 January 2027. You'll find the full list under the Prices tab.

Nothing else changes. You'll get the same fantastic team, the same care and the same 5-star facility.

A small, licensed boarding hotel in Chorlton for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and tortoises. We keep our numbers deliberately low — fewer guests means every pet gets properly known: their routine, their quirks, and how they like to be looked after.

Good care isn’t only what happens in the room — it’s everything behind it. We’re building our own booking and care-management tools, designed around small-pet boarding and UK animal-licensing standards, so nothing about your pet’s routine, diet or care is ever left to chance.

The hotel is in our own home, 15 minutes from Manchester Airport, so someone is here around the clock, backed by 24/7 digital monitoring. Cat guests are on CCTV with your own access, and you can message us any time for a photo — peace of mind, engineered in.

Pet Boarding

We provide an all-inclusive boarding service to ensure all our guests are looked after to the same highest standard. We offer higher than required staff to pet ratio that will allow us to provide personalised care.

All our guests get daily health checks, and we provide the owners regular updates and photos.

Additionally, all our five cat rooms are fully equipped with two CCTV cameras with one on the inside. Pet owners can keep an eye on their pets 24/7.

Home Visits

Prefer your pet to stay at home? We visit cats and small pets in Chorlton, Whalley Range, West Didsbury, Didsbury, Fallowfield, Levenshulme and Burnage.

Every visit is carefully planned around your pet’s routine by the same DBS-checked team behind the hotel, with an indoor pet camera and timed feeders included where they help.

Pet Taxi

We offer a pet taxi to and from the hotel for postcodes M16, M20, M21, M22 and M23, for £20 each way. It isn’t always available, so please enquire before you book.
